Personal training to fit students individual needs became the hallmark for providing the training that would fit work and payment possibilities. Much attention is given in the “in-person” training to accommodate the help those with English as a second language need.
ALTA encourages on-going relationships to be of service as career and business needs grow.
Students can benefit from years of experience in many businesses as well as Assisted Living.

Audrey Barone

Years ago, I would like to go to conventions where an elderly man was sitting. He was there in case someone wanted to benefit from his years of experience. I explain to everyone, “If you could see the invisible signs around my neck, You would see one says “entrepreneur” and another “bleeding heart”. My greatest achievement in this latest business is the help I have been able to offer to those in need. It has definitely changed me. Hopefully, by sharing I can bring others into a rewarding occupation or business. First, I invite you to share all my mistakes. I have made many. How lucky you are. I can help you know how to avoid many of those I have made. I encourage you to benefit from my experience. I also emphasize delegation. Grow your business. Don’t just create a job for yourself. Creative organizing helps you give those jobs away.

Come sit at my feet, in person or on-line, as I once did with that elderly man. Learn from experience.
